It was discovered that the patient had undergone numerous major surgeries in the past, which triggered the concurrent outbreak of multiple systemic cancers, including skin cancer.   二、Treatment History   The patient endured four major colorectal cancer surgeries spanning 43 years of cancer treatment (1977–2006). The scan report revealed a soft tissue mass between the gastric antrum, duodenum, and pancreatic head.   On October 6, 2021, the patient was hospitalized for gastric hemorrhage. The report indicated that the mass in the gastric antrum had slightly enlarged compared to the previous year.
